High Tech: Provider of Digital Wealth Management Platform
Our client, formed in 2019, provides a software platform which enables advisors, broker-dealers, and investors to manage the end-to-end digital wealth experience on a unified platform. The company is heavily focused on tech roles, and wanted to recruit more diverse talent in engineering and technology.
reacHIRE helped them fill 6 positions in Software and Quality Assurance Engineering. We sourced and screened people looking to return to the workforce after a career break and provided the client’s recruitment managers with a robust pool of diverse candidates. The selected group went through reacHIRE’s proprietary return-to-work immersive training, and were supported by a reacHIRE Program Manager throughout the six-month Returnship program.
The Results
- 100% of the Returnship Program participants converted to full-time roles
- 100% were women, 83% were people of color, and one had a master’s degree
