Our client wanted to inject more diverse talent into its organization, with an initial focus on project management and marketing roles. They selected reacHIRE to tap into a new source of diverse talent, professionals returning to corporate roles after a career break. The company also had an emphasis on bringing in veterans.
reacHIRE works with the client to define the roles to be filled, and then sources, vets, and interviews candidates, prepares them for company interviews, provides proprietary return-to-work immersive training, and supports them throughout the six-month Returnship program which precedes full-time offers. We also have worked closely with the client team to provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and other key hiring metrics.
The Results
The company has more than tripled the professionals hired through the reacHIRE program over the course of two cohorts. Staff have been added in multiple geographies across the US. The program has expanded into new areas including sales and finance.
46% of the professionals hired have had master’s degrees or higher; 67% were people of color.
100% of the returner participants reported being satisfied with the program and said they would recommend it to others.
