In partnership with reacHIRE, Schneider Electric’s Return-to-Work program is designed for experienced professionals looking to return to the workforce following a career break. This 6-month program includes both remote and in office opportunities.

 

About the Program


Return to Work with Schneider Electric

This opportunity is a 6-month, full-time, paid return-to-work program with remote roles as well as in-office roles located throughout the United States. We are recruiting candidates with a variety of skill sets into a cohort that will start Winter 2025.

What to Expect

At the end of the program, you may be eligible for direct hire or extended contracting work at Schneider Electric, but this is not guaranteed. Throughout the program, reacHIRE will provide 360-degree support with interview and resume prep, finding the right role, providing comprehensive training, and a dedicated Program Manager to help you every step of the way!
