We’re much more than a job board. We offer a turnkey solution for organizations looking to stand up a best-in-class Return-to-Work Program. reacHIRE’s Returnships are proven to help companies hire seasoned professionals returning to corporate roles after a career break: they onboard successfully, exhibit high retention, and advance.
- The program operates in cohorts, with a minimum of 6 roles. Roles can be across different business functions and locations across the U.S.
- We hire employees as contractors on our payroll, with benefits offered through reacHIRE
- We provide personalized support during the 26-week program where employees perform specific roles at the company
- The company can convert Returners to full-time employees at any point
- The program takes 2-3 months from initiation to program start, which includes our 10-week recruitment period
